Biography
Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Nancy Otto moved to Texas in 1975. She wrote her first songs while still in high school, and continued to pursue her passion through college and law school.
Nancy joined the Austin Songwriters Group and 1996, was awarded the Grand Prize for the Barebones II Contest for her instrumental song, You'll Be There For Me. After working with David Breaux at Cutting Edge Music the following year, she released Wishing Well to great critical acclaim.
Since then, her music has been used for numerous events around Austin and beyond, including The Hill Country Ride for AIDS and the Zilker Flower Festival. She's currently working on her second CD and looks forward to the next chapter in her musical career.
